Manual Therapy

Hands on the body – as massage therapist manual therapy is the bulk of how we treat and prevent a range of physical issues, from pain and tension to limited mobility in soft tissue and joints. Manual therapy involves precise, targeted methods such as Swedish massage techniques, cupping, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, deep tissue work and joint mobilizations.

Movement

Movement is medicine – motion is lotion for our body’s joints and muscles. In our treatments movement is such a big component to help stretch fascia, muscles, and joints to gain optimal range of motion.
